Some people find their way into real estate through a classroom or a career pivot. I walked into it at age 21, driven by the same instinct that made me a good golf caddy: read the person in front of you, understand what they need, and show up for them completely. Caddying taught me that the job is never really about the clubs or the course. It is about the relationship, the trust, and being present in a way that actually makes a difference. That is the foundation I have built my entire real estate career on, and 25 years later, it still guides everything I do.

What sets me apart is simple, though not many agents will do it. I am with my clients at every single step. I personally show homes to my buyers. I attend home inspections. I meet the appraisers. I am there at the closing table. You will never be handed off to a showing agent or a newer team member because this is not a transaction to me, it is a relationship I take seriously. That commitment showed up in a defining moment about five years ago when I closed over 40 million dollars in a single year, nearly doubling my income. What that year taught me was not just what was possible, but what consistency, presence, and genuine client care can produce when you never cut corners.

I hold my Broker's license, a credential I pursued in 2010 because I believe that if real estate is your career, you pursue the highest qualification available, full stop. I specialize in luxury properties and single-family homes across Henderson, Las Vegas, MacDonald Highlands, Lake Las Vegas, Summerlin, Anthem, and Boulder City, serving both sellers and discerning buyers in some of the most sought-after communities in the valley. I grew up in Michigan, on a lake, and that Midwest upbringing helped shaped who I am. I am the kind of person who would work on a handshake if contracts were not required.

These days I live in Henderson with my wife Amy, who is also a Realtor at SERHANT., our son Parker, and our English Bulldog Annie. When I am not working, I am on the water wake surfing or skiing, out on a hiking trail, cycling, hitting the gym, snow skiing (in the winter of course) or on the golf course. That love of being present and fully engaged outdoors carries right into how I work with every client I am privileged to serve.
